Can I pay cash at the Laundromat?

The laundry is set up for cashless payments, however if you prefer to pay cash, get in touch and we'll get you sorted.

 

Is there parking near the Laundromat?

There is on street parking outside of the Laundromat and nearby, if there's none available, feel free to park in our driveway next to the laundromat while you load / unload your laundry.

 

Can you clean the linen for my short stay BnB?

We sure can! If fact we specialise in hygienically cleaning linen and towels for all accommodation types as well as salons, massage towels, restaurants, events, etc

 

Do you clean drapes?

Yes we do! Everyone loves our drape cleaning service. We're here for you if yours could use a freshen up.

 

Can you clean my duck down Super King Doona?

Yes, we clean doonas, mattress toppers and blankets of all sizes and filling types.

How do I pay for my Laundry Service?

Once we've weighed your laundry we'll email your invoice. There are several payment options including tap to pay, credit card, cash or bank transfer. 

 

Can I wash my dog's bedding at the Laundromat?

Yes! In fact we have a machine dedicated to washing your pet bedding and clothing. 

 

What are your opening hours?

The Laundromat is open every day 6am to 9.30pm

The Laundry Service is on Monday & Thursday 9am-5pm by booking only. Give us a call if you'd like a pick-up or drop off outside these hours. 

 

How does your Pick-up / Delivery service work?

Add your address when you book your laundry pick-up. If you live around New Norfolk pick-up / delivery is $5. If you live outside New Norfolk it's $1 per km travelled.
